These Exercises are intended for our patients to use to address specific findings related to their physical exam.  If during or after these exercises you have increased pain or discomfort, please let our office know immediately.

Pelvic Tilt Exercise

The Pelvic Tilt is designed to take the lumbar, pelvis and sacral areas to different ranges of motion and remove any restrictions.  The Pelvic Circles are designed to get increased strength and stability in the low back.

Arm Circle Exercise

The Arm Circle Exercise is designed to address cervical, rib, thoracic, lumbar diaphragmatic and scapulothoracic issues.

Bird Dog Exercise

The Bird Dog Exercise is to address postural mechanics, glut and lower trapezius muscle strengthening and core stability.
